Gil Gido is a Principal at Ulysses' Social Media Marketing Company (USMMC). He has been a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Seattle Chapter since 2007 and is the current President.

He is certified with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification issued by the Project Management Institute. During the last ten years he worked within the Microsoft IT division at the Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Wa developing internal line of business applications. He has a history of strong leadership, increased responsibilities and successful team building capabilities. 

In 2006 he co-founded the Microsoft Asian Professional Society (MAPS) an organization to help prepare Asians for future leadership roles at Microsoft. He presided over consistent organizational growth, organized and delivered three leadership conferences in three years, raised funding and trained 6000+ employees.
